After her own births, Christine has learned the importance of education and support in preparation for such a life-changing event, childbirth and parenting. Finding herself naturally helping others with pregnancy and parenting, she decided to take that interest even further and be able to reach more people. Her hope is to allow families to figure out their own wishes for their personal experiences, and support them in what they decide.

She is certified as a birth doula and childbirth educator, as well as a trained postpartum doula and breastfeeding counselor, all through Childbirth International. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science with a minor in Sociology. With this extra knowledge, she is able to assist families and parents in their new transition.

Christine has also had experience outside of the United States. She lived in Mexico for 7 years where her first child was born. Working with the people there, she was able to understand the culture and is now bilingual in both English and Spanish, and is one of the few Spanish Speaking Doulas in the Bay Area. This experience allowed her to be open and understanding to people from different backgrounds and with different ideas.

She is a dedicated Christian and is currently living in Solano County where she grew up, with her husband and 5 children.
